Role Description
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop strategies to exceed sales targets
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial deals and close sales
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track leads, qualify opportunities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide ongoing customer service, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and forecast future trends to inform management
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with business goals
- Continuous Learning and Self-Development: Stay current with industry knowledge and sales techniques through professional development
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement target-driven sales strategies to achieve set annual/quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Qualification and Skills
- Must be persuasive, confident, resilient, and an active listener
- Preferably a self-motivator with the ability to be motivated by targets
- Must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
* Previous sales experience is a plus
* Previous experience in CAD/PLM Industry is a plus
Remuneration: Commission-Based Only
Up to 50% of Gross Profit on new Licence Sales
