    CAD Application Engineer

    Overview:

    We are hiring a CAD (Computer Aided Design) Application Engineer to assist with CAD software troubleshooting and user support. You will ensure smooth CAD operations and help optimise client workflows.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for CAD software, including installation and troubleshooting.
    • Assist in developing and implementing CAD standards and best practices.
    • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation.
    • Manage CAD data and file systems.
    • Stay updated on CAD trends and technologies.

    Preferred Candidate:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in CAD PTC, and Creo
    • Experience with 3D in other software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA etc… will also be considered.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

        Qualification and Skills

        • Extensive experience in providing Application support and technical support in a fastpaced environment.

        • Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).
        • Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms.
