Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development [Sales] Consultant/Manager to help businesses navigate and implement cutting-edge digital solutions. If you are an analytical thinker with a strong network and expertise in CAD/PLM, this is your chance to make a real impact!

The key purpose of this role is to work on the front line, client facing side of the business to secure exciting new enterprise clients for PLM Central. You will collaborate closely with the Director to further develop relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, prospecting, and effective communication with clients.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be persuasive, confident, resilient, and an active listener.
  • Preferably a self-motivator with the ability to be motivated by targets.
  • Must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must possess strong organisational and time management skills.
  • * Previous sales experience is a MUST, in the IT sector/ solution selling
  • * Previous experience in CAD/PLM Industry is a MUST

Ideal Candidate

Salary

Commission-Based Only

Up to 50% of Gross Profit on new Licence Sales 

For the right candidate, we are open to consider generous annual profit shares.
