Marketing Assistant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and help drive project success. This role is perfect for someone with digital marketing experience who’s eager to grow their skills across social media, SEO, email marketing, content creation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
  • Implement social media strategies and track engagement metrics.
  • Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO and website performance reports.
  • Support email campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with bloggers, influencers, and external partners.
  • Research, draft, and edit content for blogs, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Assist with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Support design tasks using Canva or similar tools.
  • Help organize customer events, webinars, and taster sessions.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Carry out general administrative and marketing support tasks.
  • Contribute to Google Ads and Google Analytics reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree or experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role (strong interns may be considered).
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content, and email marketing.
  • Experience with Canva or other design tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Sales-focused mindset and customer-oriented approach.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Must be customer-facing and comfortable engaging with clients.
  • Based near Watford or within commuting distance of London.

Job Type: Full-time, office-based

Salary: £23,000+
